In my classes, I work to provide a thorough and interesting experience that will aid in feeling stronger, more focused and relaxed. I aim to lead the body and mind through a deep experience in a gentle and supportive way. Students acquire an awareness and sensitivity to their own process, developing in an individual pace.

  • This class blends my nerdy need to dive into the deep anatomical layers of our body, explore alignment, structure and optimal function, as well as my love for a more intimate exploration of the internal landscape, addressing chakras and referring to energy. This is my living lab for maintaining yours and my own, well being. Join me and bring your curiosity and trust!

    After every class you will receive the recording (available for one week) and can join this class even if you are unable to attend in live time and only use the recordings. I love interacting with my students so please sign up by contacting me, introducing yourself and sending payment (via PayPal or Wise, with more instructions upon contact).
