Come away with me for six days of practice, rest, nature, and renewal. This retreat is a chance to step out of routine and into a slower, more spacious rhythm—where movement and stillness are equally welcome, where conversation and quiet both have room, and where your only job is to show up just as you are.
We'll practice in a gorgeous mountain setting at the Maristel Hotel, which offers both a light-filled indoor studio and a peaceful outdoor terrace. There's a pebble beach a short walk away and hiking trails starting right at the hotel doorstep.

You’ll be guided with care, and if you’re someone who wants to refine your practice or explore more advanced asana, I’ll support you in that too—always without pressure or expectation.

Shared “Double” rooms are for two people. If you register solo and select a shared room, I will do my best to pair you with another participant. If no match is available, you may be asked to upgrade to a single room. I’ll be in touch before confirming anything.

Cancellation Policy
The 450 EUR deposit is non-refundable.
If you’ve paid the full amount and need to cancel before April 25, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
After April 25, no refunds are available. You’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend (pending approval).
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. minimum number of participants not met, travel disruptions, etc.), all payments will be refunded minus any unrecoverable expenses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

A Few Notes
This retreat is open to all levels of yoga experience, but some familiarity with practice is helpful.
You’re welcome to come solo, with a friend, or with a partner—some couples choose to share a room even if only one of them participates in yoga.
If you’re unsure which room type suits you best, just reach out.
Arrival & Departure Info
Arrival: Check-in begins at 15:00 on May 13. We’ll gather for our first practice late afternoon and enjoy dinner together that evening.
Departure: Check-out is after morning practice and breakfast on May 18.
