85-Hour Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training – Copenhagen 2027

  • The Yoga Flat 80B Vesterbrogade København, 1620 Denmark (map)

Join us in Copenhagen for an 85-hour Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training, taught in English by Mathilde Sofie Milan, Lauriane Camus and Leah Wrobel.

This comprehensive training brings together anatomy, movement, birth preparation, pelvic health, nervous system awareness and practical teaching skills. Through guided practices, hands-on exploration and shared learning, you'll develop the knowledge and confidence to support women throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Designed for yoga teachers, birth professionals, bodyworkers and others who wish to deepen their understanding of pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey.

As one of the three teachers, I'll be bringing my background in pelvic health, yoga therapy and embodied movement to our exploration of pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery.

About this training

Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are such special and sacred times in a woman's life. Feeling the calling to guide and support women through this life stage is such a gift, and a needed skill.

With this training, you will

  • learn or revisit the anatomy, physiology, and psychology of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

  • acquire the skills, knowledge and confidence to craft yoga classes that are safe, relevant, and specific to pregnant and new mothers' needs.

  • be qualified to guide pre- and post- natal students and clients in public or private classes.

The essentials of pregnancy and postpartum will be covered, with some special focus on how yoga can be used for pelvic floor health, regulation of the nervous system, and for birth preparation. We hope that after this training, you will feel ready to accompany and inspire women during and after their pregnancy.

You will receive a comprehensive handout that gathers the content covered during the courses, as well as examples of sequences, meditations, visualisations, birth stories and referrals.

Who is this training for

Certified yoga teachers, birth professionals and birth keepers, physiotherapists and body workers who are interested in becoming prenatal and/or postnatal yoga teachers, or learning techniques and practices to enhance their own, are all very welcome.

If you are currently on your pregnancy journey, and feel drawn to connect more deeply with your baby and desire a holistic approach to birth, then this training is also for you.

This training is for all who are passionate about and/or want to learn more about pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
