In my classes, I work to provide a thorough and interesting experience that will aid in feeling stronger, more focused and relaxed. I aim to lead the body and mind through a deep experience in a gentle and supportive way. Students acquire an awareness and sensitivity to their own process, developing in an individual pace and maturing into their own practice.
