For pregnant woman, the practice of yoga builds confidence, the ability to concentrate and relax, faith in the body, and sense of surrendering to the moment. These tools, as well as improved physical fitness, support women in dealing with the vast changes during pregnancy and the birth experience.

In my classes, I hope to offer pregnant women my extensive knowledge as well as my personal experience in how to mentally, emotionally and physically benefit from yoga. I truly believe that a powerful birthing experience is an empowering, unforgettable event for the woman and a priceless gift for the family. I strive to support women in getting the care they deserve.
