1:1 yoga classes

I work with each client on a one-on-one basis to assess their needs and goals, and then craft a unique yoga program that will help each person progress in their journey. 

With more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga I have helped students who do not feel comfortable in a group setting to recover from shoulder injuries, debilitating sciatica, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, scoliosis and so forth. But I also teach on a regular basis 1:1 for those with very demanding jobs who need the outlet of sometimes a warm more intense yoga practice, and sometimes gentle and relaxing. My background as a former professional dancer, advanced yoga teacher specializing in pelvic health, pranayama (breath work) and all ranges of asana from the very gentle, therapeutic approach to high intensity advanced asana (postures) allows me to support you in the ways you need. I am always curious and interested in learning and cultivating a genuine connection with my students.

Individual instruction with a therapeutic approach is particularly helpful if you are recovering from injury, working with a special ability or condition, or if you are looking to deepen your practice. I am an experienced and skilled instructor.
