The health and awareness of the pelvic floor is of the utmost importance for everyone’s daily routines, physical and mental health as well as emotional well being. Healthy pelvic floor muscles are required to support our inner organs by being strong and contractile, as well as being able to fully open, release and relax.

In this workshop you will learn ways to bring awareness to your body, identify what the pelvic floor is, and feel it in stillness and motion and in close correlation to the breath. You will learn the importance of correct alignment to facilitate the healing of pelvic floor dysfunctions. Leah will address the issues of pelvic pain, bladder control and prolapse.
